  1. I learned that sometimes people have illnesses that can make them crazy. I liked how the guy was entertaining. I didnt like how he ended the story short. I agreed with some people needing to talk about feelings. I didnt get how talking about Hanna Montanna drunk is talking about feelings.

  2. I learned that you dont always know what people are going throught. Sometimes, people will hide their emotions because they are embarrassed by them. You shouldnt always judge people by how they are one the outside beacause you dont always know what they are going through. I also learned that some people hide their emotions because they think that the people around them don't want to hear about their problems. I disagreed with his parents being so disappointed that he had beer in his car because it was not as big of a deal as they made it out to be.

  3. From what I learned from the presentation, many people in life are going through tough times. People should not make fun of or tease anyone, because you don't know what they might do. People might have a mental disorder or have suicidal thoughts. That's what almost happened to the guy presenting. Let this be a lesson for anyone who constantly bullies people.

  4. From the speech, I learned that everyday people suffer from mental illness. The speech made me realize no one should hide their emotions. It will only hurt the person who hides them. You don't know how a person will react to your comments or actions. People might take them the wrong way, and if they have a mental disorder might hurt themselves from the comments.

I like how the man encompassed all the aspects of his life with his story so we could betterunderstandhim. I learned that mental helth is a serioustopicandshould be takenas such. I liked how the man told the story because it helps us as the audience realize exactly what people with mental health issues deal with on a regular day basis. I think that tnhe presentaoin was good because it helps us be better people because we now know more ramifications of our actions on people and how it takes a toll on people and how the simple things can really hurt people and push them to the brink. 8. I learned that you should never judge a book by its cover. some people in this world are dealing with a lot of problems we don't know about. For instance if you notice a person who is always sad or isolated from a group, you shouldn't make fun of them but instead invite them over and talk to them. The majority of kids in high school are dealing with mental illness that other kids don't know about.Next time you and your friends are calling a kid a weirdo or freak, be cautious cause you never know what their going through

  10. That presentation on Minding your Mind was very helpful. It helped to learn about the unknown illnesses of the mind. People in life mainly mock and ridicule things that they don't understand. Including mentally ill people. These types of presentations need to be more known and used to give knowledge to many kids around the world.
